If you've missed a delivery from us or one of our delivery partners, here's the next steps for you:
- If your delivery was attempted by our own delivery fleet and you weren't present, your order will be subject to a re-delivery charge. Please contact our customer services team via Live Chat or by phone on 01925 544 861 to organise the re-delivery.
- If your delivery was attempted by Palletways and you weren't present, you should have received a card with contact details for your local depot to re-arrange the delivery. If you haven't received this card, please contact Palletways directly on 01543 440 201 (option 1) and quote the consignment number on the card.
- If your delivery was attempted by Parcelforce, you should have received a card through your door with instructions as to where the order has been taken. Parcelforce generally will try to deliver to a neighbour first but if they are unsuccessful, your order will be taken to your local post office for you to collect.
