I've Missed My Delivery

If you've missed a delivery from us or one of our delivery partners, here's the next steps for you:

  • If your delivery was attempted by our own delivery fleet and you weren't present, your order will be subject to a re-delivery charge. Please contact our transport team on the following numbers:

    For Our Northern Depot: 01925 544 866
    For Our Southern Depot: 01162 167 522 
  • If your delivery was attempted by Palletways and you weren't present, you should have received a card with contact details for your local depot to re-arrange the delivery. If you haven't received this card, please contact Palletways directly on 01543 440 201 (option 1) and quote the consignment number on the card.
  • If your delivery was attempted by Parcelforce, you should have received a card through your door with instructions as to where the order has been taken. Parcelforce generally will try to deliver to a neighbour first but if they are unsuccessful, your order will be taken to your local post office for you to collect.
