If you are awaiting delivery of your order and need some updates, please be aware of the following:
- We always try to communicate the status of your order to you from the moment it is placed, to the point it is dispatched. If you have provided us with an email address, please check your junk folder for any communication updates we may have sent you.
- From time to time, we may encounter issues with stock availability after your order has been placed, which may delay your order from being dispatched, however we will always communicate any delays to you via email or via a phone call if you haven't provided an email address.
- For deliveries being made by our 2 man delivery team, if you haven't specified a day for delivery at the point of ordering, you will be sent an email and/or text message proposing a delivery date to you.
- Once you have confirmed your delivery date, the night before you are due to receive your delivery, we will send you a 2 hour time window when your delivery will be made, so you don't have to wait in all day!
- If your delivery has not arrived within the 2 hour delivery window provided, please contact our Transport Team on 01925 544 895 (South) or 01942 386 716 (North)
- For deliveries made via our delivery partner Palletways, once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse, unless you have specified delivery on a specific day at the point of ordering, Palletways will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a delivery date, which will be an all day appointment.
- If you have ordered small items only, such as taps, accessories or mirrors, your delivery will be made by Parcelforce, usually within 2-3 working days from the order being dispatched from our warehouse.
- We are currently unable to provide time slots for deliveries made via our delivery partners.
