If you have changed your mind on any products you have purchased, we do offer a 365 day exchange policy, which means that you have up to a year to return your order to us for a credit or to swap the product for an alternative item.
If you would like to return any items for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery that you would like to return the item(s).
However, if you have purchased in one of our stores or at a trade counter, items can only be returned for an exchange or credit, as the 14 day period only applies to long distance transactions made online or over the phone.
In all cases, we request that any returned items meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) have not been installed
- The item(s) are still in their original packaging (where practical)
- The item(s) are returned as new
