I've Received A Damaged Product - How Do I Get A Replacement?

As long as you make us aware within 7 days of receiving your delivery that you have a damaged item, we should be able to help you out and get a replacement to you.

The quickest way we can get this resolved for you is for you to speak to one of our Customer Service team via Live Chat. We should be able to capture all the information we need via a simple conversation so start a Live Chat now, or alternatively, you can call our customer services team on 01925 544 861 and they will be happy to assist you.

If you can have your order number to hand before you get in touch, that will speed things up for us too. Also, if you have a camera phone, we may need some pictures of the damaged item(s) which you will be able to email to us or use our new WhatsApp service to message them to us directly. Your adviser will talk you through the process however and advise you on the next steps.
