My Product Is Faulty - How Do I Get A Replacement Part?

If you believe your product has developed a fault, we should be able to provide you with some replacement parts to correct the problem.

When you purchased your product initially, it came with a 12 month guarantee as standard, so if the fault has developed within that time period, if the part is covered under the guarantee, we will be able to send you a replacement part free of charge.

If you've had the product for more than 12 months and didn't register for an extended warranty when you purchased it, or the fault is not covered under the extended warranty, we may still be able to provide you with some spare parts for a specific charge.
