How Do I Claim Under My Guarantee/Warranty?

All our products come with a minimum of a 1 year guarantee against genuine manufacturer faults or defects. If you believe your product has developed a fault within the first year of purchase, we should be able to provide you with replacement parts to rectify the issue, or a replacement product if necessary.

If your product has developed a fault outside of the standard 1 year guarantee and you haven't registered for the extended warranty, or the fault is not covered by the extended warranty, you may need to purchase a replacement part.

If you need to make a claim under the standard 1 year guarantee, or you have registered for the extended warranty and believe the fault is covered, please complete our contact form below, or call our customer services team on 01925 544 861.

If you haven't registered for the extended warranty and you are outside of the standard 1 year guarantee, or your fault isn't covered by the extended warranty, we can still assist you in purchasing a replacement item or part - again, please contact our customer services team.
